The best scenario when something is wrong with your pet is to seek in clinic care and have a veterinarian examine your pet. This is not always possible, and we do offer telemedicine appointments. These appointments are conducted over the phone or through zoom calls. They allow the veterinarian to gather more information about what is going on and make recommendations. Even when we do a telemedicine consult it maybe necessary for you to bring your pet in for additional diagnostic testing or to receive treatment.
