What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open?

In an emergency, call 519-986-2800. You will be asked if it is a small animal emergency or a Large Animal emergency through a prompt system. If it is a small animal emergency a Registered Veterinary Technician will answer your call and triage your emergency. Between 8 am and 9pm, 7 days a week one of our veterinarian’s will meet you at our clinic to see you if the RVT and you decide this is warranted. If it is outside those hours the RVT will direct you to a telemedicine appointment through SmartVet or to the nearest emergency clinic. The RVT will help you determine where to go and how to get there. If you feel you want to wait until 8 am the next morning, give us a call and our team will accommodate you in clinic.
