As a new client of our practice, you can expect our full attention to your animals needs. Our service will be provided with courtesy and respect both in our clinic and on your farm. Our clinic is able to provide full service mobile and in clinic care for equines, bovines and small ruminants, as well as a full in clinic service for small animals.
When you arrive for your in clinic appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will usher you into an examination room as soon as we have one available. Water and coffee is available upon request. Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
You will normally see a Registered Veterinary Technician first who will take a history, and gather some data for the doctor. A veterinarian will see you next, examine your animal, answer your questions and plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary. You will normally see the RVT again to wrap things up, and she or he will provide you with further educational information and answer routine wellness and care questions for you. Our client care specialists will handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.

Please note, full payment is required when services are rendered. We do not extend credit for small animal services. We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). Debit & credit cards must be issued to and signed by the person presenting the cards for payment.
When an emergency or unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expenses arise as well. Changes here: We understand this and can make special arrangements through ScratchPay. ScratchPay is the third-party lender that we use for all payment plans. Once the application is approved, this lender will permit you to make monthly payments against the balance of your account.
